Most of my physical activity comes from transportation. The area I live in is close to most activities and necessities in my town, so instead of driving, I walk or I take the bus. Most walks I take are approximately 15 to 30 minutes. I do not do any moderate or high-intensity activity, meaning that it is impossible for me to meet the minutes of moderate intensity physical activity or the 75 minutes of vigorous intensity physical activity recommended each week.
